Skinny long legs on tall women mean they have not taken in enough calcium when they were younger. The legs will become brittle and will break a lot easier, hips will go a lot quicker and the frame above the waist tends to increase in a way that the legs don't. Hence many more problems in older life for women like the above.

There's plenty of information out there - if you want to look - at the ills models go through in later life. It's generally known, that on average, they don't eat correctly, and it's widely known how many 12-16 year old girls, still growing, are 'molded' before their time if they are potential models. Of course, I haven't even mentioned how they help make millions of other 'normal' women feel inadequate and bad about themselves.
