Tar-Baby is a racial slur, in fact Disney has taken lengths to ensure that the Uncle Remus stories, never happened (no one remembers it). Don't look for Disney to remaster it either. When I think about the word and it's numerous published meanings combined with human kind's traits, I can surmise it's ugly origins. Should we ban words? How about thoughts? Paternity tests only apply to biological entities,i.e. either a man ,a woman or in this case as stated, a baby & a "TAR" baby

Having established it's context as a child , the word Tar is then descriptive.
