He probably used a ROM , an emulator, and a sprite ripper. You can also get them in sites like Spriter's Resource, TheShyGuyKingdom, and others. I used to make sprites ;D

Then you put the pac file in the wrong place or it's named wrong. Is the pac named STGEDIT_1? If not rename it. It should be in RSB?>pf>stage>melee I think.

There is a file for each. the pac file goes into the stages>melee folder. The bin file goes in the st folder.

Yes exactly like that. The st folder is where all the custom stages are. It should be in the same folder that pf is in. Just put the bin file in the st folder and there ya go. Load up hacked brawl, go to custom stages, and pick Radical Highway.

The only problem is that I can't even select custom stages! the game won't let me! I'd go to stages, then id press on the melee stages, and then id press the corner thing again...and it would take me back to brawl stages...

No it doesn't lose effect. And you can edit 3 different types of custom stages. The mountain, the tech, and the castle.

Well I tried booting up the game a couple more times and it didn't show up anywhere on the list. I also tried playing on a "futuristic" stage to see if the textures were different(if I understand correctly a .pac file for a custom stage affects all CS's of that type), but nothing had changed.

I actually figured it out a little while ago myself. I just downloaded WinRAR to decompress the file and got the .bin file for the stage and the .pac for the textures. But now I have a new problem. I have the file replacement 2.1a code activated, and the stage file is located in F:/private/Wii/App/RSBE/St/

The .pac file is located at F:/private/Wii/App/RSBE/pf/sta­ge/Melee/

It still isn't working; what am I doing wrong?
