  • wow you got like 3ft of air that time..

  • try to jump upward an reduce the forward motion to increase your vertical leap.

  • your on the ground to long. aim for a <.2 second contact time.

  • this is the biggest thing you need to work on, being much quicker off of the ground. you can jump over a hurdle after the depth jump which will help your vertical power as well as reduce your ground time

  • Ya and try to keep your body upright. If you have a short contact time, you have to jump with the down word force which requires more muscle power that builds muscle.
