You are right, Rickski65...I don't have the original King single (as yet) but the songs on it are as you mention...Sage1Skee says this is a bootleg, not a true James Brown production...but the song is INCREDIBLE!
OK, so this one has been bugging me for a while as it doesn't appear in the session logs, isn't the original B-side to this single 45-6200 "I Don't Wan't Nobody's Troubles" billed as The Soul Believers with The Dapps (the original B-side is "Im With You"), and while it does sound like the Dapps, unless the bootleggers renamed "Im With You" as 'The Popcorn", it's really a bit of a mystery. Funky as hell, though, for sure !

This is the band 'East of Underground' from their 1971 album of the same name. This is an edit from half of the 'Popcorn / Oye Como Va' medley track.
The same edit can also be found on the compilation "Good God! Heavy Funk Covers Of James Brown From All Over The World 1968 - 1974"
