wrench is a must have with the magic of build 0 and build 3 :D (type in console in melee match for a dispenser (0) and a sentry (3)

I agree about the bonesaw, its my favorite. Nothing like killing someone with that sweet uppercut crit animation.

Scout's bat is a close second, if only for the sound of it's hit.
