@carbonz1995 u can run full system antivirs scan & then set virtual mem to the recommended level (that is shown on the window itself) then if u have dualcore processor then u can download windows update no.-Kb896256 that fixes certain communication probs etc between dualcore cpus. be sure to backup ur data bfore u install this update. If u have amd athlon dualcore cpu then install amd dualcore optimizer v1.1.4. i dont know if the update from amd is better bcoz i dont have athlon i have turion.

Nice vid i got a request. Can't you make one simple video on Window services Settings. what services is safe to turn off ones you maybe recommend Stoping one you leave on and know there safe and that well not lower my paformace . i found one vid like that and was good but can't find it now
