I thought it was made by some lay Christian ppl. UNTIL...in the ending....it seems to me some Mormons are trying to promote their form of Christianity via movie. (where angels and God are aliens, and heaven is a separate planet outside of the milky way)
@DreamTa i think it's not so much as a mormons promo than it's just a way to tell the ancient story in sci-fi language. but you know what, i'd always thought you'd like this movie, just your kind of stuff. now it's proven.

@gn01953588 其實"末世論"唔係基督教專利, 我諗大部分人都相信有末世, 不論從科學角度, 從宗教角度, 都好容易相信物質唔係永恒. 所以我覺得相信有末世係相當自然o既一回事. 但係至於末世係咪好似聖經咁講發生, 就比較複雜, 因為我唔係好清楚聖經就末世講過D乜. 其中最重要o既經文, 應該就係啟示錄嗰D, 但係而家D學者debate緊, 到底啟示錄係末世預言定係講緊當時發生o既嘢, 不過用奇幻語言講出嚟. 我自己其實好多嘢都未諗通, 不過我承認我係相當迷信的.
