but i feel that krav maga is the PUREST street fighting style(or system)
so if you take out the illegal stuff, it's jus basic freestyle fighting. im sure you can learn some good ground locks but that's jus what i think about krav maga in MMA
@humanweapontv I would LOVE to study that. But both that, and Aikido are not available in my far north neck of the woods. We are fortunate to have the head of the JKA Canada live here...otherwise we may never have had martial arts here. My dream is to study Kung Fu...mainly thanks to Bruce Lee of course. But its such a beautiful art. And the philosophies behind it are essential for building strength in body, mind and spirit. If I ever had the chance to study Kung Fu..I'm there!
@The321takeoff I really want to, but they don't have any classes for that in my neck of the woods at the moment. Our JKA instructor knows Aikido but doesn't teach it. Apparently he knows many Japanese arts but he hasn't shared it with the people. For some odd reason, he only teachers jujitsu and wado kai karate. I'm not sure why. I guarantee if he was to teach it, many people here would sign up, myself included.
@humanweapontv This might sound really weird (but I'm only 13 so it's not like I'm going to travel may places to learn martial arts lol), but ever since I've watched your videos, I've learned really effective techniques that I will only use for good, and the martial arts I've learned are, well, the ones you've uploaded lol, Also, aikido has been working out too. My story might make me sound lazy, but every day I work on my form and I thank you very much for the uploads. :)
@humanweapontv I have been practicing tae kwon do and jiujitsu for years and love getting the chance to learn any other styles possible through friends and videos. It's only the base of the actual martial art style, but little knowledge is better then none. I hope to learn more of each system first hand eventually in my life just like them.
wow this is nice, everyone jus talkin about their martial arts, an no arguments :) mart
