i'm in shockkk! i always thought katie was a woman in her late 40's or maybe early 50's. Just found out she was 32, when this was filmed. God that woman looks sooooo much older than 32!!
I don't know about anyone else, but this episode is always my favorite in the apprentice uk. It's interesting to see what everyone at the "top" of the food chain thinks of the contestants. And their conversations (and point of views) are all very interesting to me.
Is it just me or is 100,000 pounds a year not worth it? I guess there are other benefits, but my dad makes more than that and he's not running his own company or anything
When they say @6.55 shes not here for the money earning £90,000 a year she s here for winning could the same be said for Series 2 candiante Michelle Dewberry who is self made earning at the time £120,000 p/a. I believed Michelle was in it for tv coverage.
I think Christina is going to win..my prediction... I think I'll hire her out of all candidate. She's got a mix of drive and intelligence, and she can sell
If Katie got the position she would immediately be trying to prise Sir alan from his wife of 40 years not out of love but to get his shares, divorce him, then sell off the company to an asset stripper she had just married, then get divorced... ad infinitum. Bitch.
if katie got hired then when they go on you're hired and alan sugar saw that video of her talking behind peoples backs then she'd get publicly fired on the show.
Paul Kemsley looks distinctly dodgy. He said to Lohit in the previous part of this episode that in business people lie, cheat and steal. Well, he probably means he does!
I don`t know whose husband Katie reckons on lying and cheating to get but it would have to be a husband who goes for obnoxious, repulsive, hideous-looking cowbags. I have seen better looking horse`s arses.
@tooktuctuc or maybe she threatens to hire people to rape the wife if the husband doesn't go with her imaginative cheating plan? who would go for cowbags????
Sir Alan could not have paid ten think tanks to come up with some business directions, he does need some cambridge on the streets. Simon is indeed the kind of person who could thrive within a shared accountability and a corporate safety net.
i totally agree with u. people like simon need a safe nest where they usually achieve high goals. it is the less fortunate ones that create the opportunities. such contradiction but true and interesting.
All the interviewers were saying Kristina would be a good asset - and yet Sir Alan chose otherwise - makes me think this is definitely fit for television, and Simon only chose because of his eccentricity, entrepreneurism (which failed) and Cambridge education.
Sir Alan could have paid ten think tanks to come up with new business directions, he does not 'need' some cambridge-boy off the streets. Simon is indeed the kind of person who could thrive within a shared accountability and a corporate safety net.
Re. comment Simon was just chosen for his eccentricism that is bs. If you paid any attention to the whole series he did excellent on all the tasks so it was just between his personality and hers at the end of the day so is up to Sir Alan then, whoever he prefers.
LOL! if her so-called media career get flushed in the toilet she can always come here to America and work for Kohl's as a store manager, district manager or regional manager.
Simon does come across as a little nervous. Intelligent and capable of doing the job no doubt, but based on merit and potential, Kristina should have won.
shes a lady just like that lil britain line I am A Lady

Lohit is the invisible candidate.
He does nothing, he's easily forgotten, and I didn't even know he was there until about episode 5.
