@localphonetv Yeah, calls to Mexico are 1/7 the cost of Skype and the sound quality is better so it's a no brainer. But from a customer service point of view there's going to be a lot of customers who want to use their own SIP phone and a better approach would be "I don't know but I'll find out for you" rather than "can't help because we don't have the equipment". I mean a SIP phone is a pretty standard basic bit of kit and the problem I had (NAT transversal) is, I found out, a common problem.

Very cheap service but your technical support staff couldn't help at all when I had connection issues when using a VOIP phone. I had to search on the internet for hours in order to find the solution to the problem.
@dje71 Sorry to hear that you had trouble, but I’m glad to hear you managed to get it resolved in the end. Unfortunately it can be hard for our technical staff to diagnose problems when it’s a VoIP phone we don’t have access to one in the office.
