Really interesting. I didn't realize the ride was so different. They reversed the elements, which makes a bit more sense story wise I guess. Is it shorter though?
@Hatterific This to me is probably the best version of them all. It doesn't have any of the movie elements, but the storyline seems to make more sense. The approximate ride times for the the different parks are:
@TrueLifeAdventures Ah that's really interesting! Thanks a lot. I didn't realize they cut the times so much...the ride is almost cut in half wow! Is Tokyo the same as Disneyland though? It seems like it was the closest copy as far as the Blue Bayou and such.
@Hatterific What makes the original last longer is that you go back up a lift hill at the end and around to where you first boarded. All the other versions end before that happens. The Paris ride has a lift hill as well, but it occurs at the beginning and simply takes you further into the attraction itself. Paris and Tokyo both have Blue Bayou restaurants, but Tokyo's more closely resembles the original. So all in all Tokyo's version would be the closest copy to Disneyland's POTC.
why is everyone talking in french? lol

@TrueLifeAdventures Also, because of it's similarities to the original Tokyo's version lasts a little longer at about 12 mins 30 secs.
