thats the main reason i probably wont get halo odst, it brings nothing i cant get a new fresh game, need firefight ? just get gears or cod waw, need a good fps single player game? just do halo 3 legendary whit 4 friends, want some good old fashion Halo 1 gaming? dont waste many and get halo 1 or at least wait until it gets cheaper (like in...1 year -. -) and get it ;)

I think what made Halo 3 good, in my opinion. Is the game gives a definative sense of community that can be rare in most of todays FPS games. Stat tracking at the Bungie website as well as the staff joining in for random games etc. It just leaves a good feeling seeing a studio taking pride in their game as well as its fans.

Look, tell the truth I'm sticking with Metriod Prime 3, because that has alot of changes to it and last longer then Halo, sorry, but that's what I think.
halo 3 isn't short if you can beat this game on legendary and take the time to get all the skulls and the rest of the campaign achievments in 5HOURS and get the multiplayer acheivments and promotions in a couple hours then...well you would be a computer programmed to rape at halo...halo is a good game and i still don't think there will ever be a multiplayer that is as entertaining as halo's at least for the next 5 years

Wouldn't you mean Halo 3 as an expansion pack to Halo 2? Halo 2 was a big upgrade from Halo 1. Though, that wouldn't work, as console games really don't follow by "expansion packs".

Yeah like ScrewAttack said those graphics don't look all that great for a 360 game. Bioshock still puts this to shame. Now that was a fun game worth your cash. It may not have multiplayer but it still has some replay value to it by going through the game differently. You could go in guns blazing or you can be stealthy and rely more on your plasmids.

Nice short review. If you ask me I thought it was a superb game mainly due it fixed all the problems of Halo 2 and made it better since I wasn't a fan of Halo 2. I like the first game more. Oh yeah I forgot, the team friendly A.I. were pretty f*cking stupid.

I haven't even played Halo 3 but it looks to be what everyone expected and that's cool.
To me though, nothing beats CTF at Blood Gulch, Hang 'em High or Sidewinder. NOTHING!

I feel that Halo 3 is the game Halo 2 SHOULD have been, It's not Halo 3 though, it's "Halo 2: Got Rid of all the Bullshit Edition".
Graphically it's still an Xbox 1 game, esepcially when you put it next to games like Gears of War and Bioshock.
