The fact is, all humans want peace, love, harmony, etc. However, it is just a fantasy. We all have free will, different beliefs, different morals, different cultures, and for that there will always be hate. People are naturally ethnocentric and you can't erase that. While some say gay marriage is just another expression of love, some see is as immoral, but neither is technically right...it is all base on beliefs. So to hear Obama speak, I see him just manipulating gullible people's mind.

While I don't hate Obama, I do find it scary how people are just easily swayed by his rhetoric. He says WORDS to sway people's emotions so that they lose logic or rationality. I mean anyone who has critical thinking capabilities can see behind all of this crap. Barack talks like we would all just hold hands and sing and the whole world would be perfect. We would all have the same beliefs, with health, and the world will all love one-another. Do people really believe one man can erase All hate?

well,some people are posers..same as those for McCain, Bush and Miley Cyrus. But Obama does back it up..just go beyond his speeches. Look at his plans he talks about in debates, his web site, and his last book. You may or may not like what he has to offer, but if all you do is listen to media sound bites and decide its not doing it for you than you are no better than the people you criticize for doing the same.

How does he back it up? He is the least bipartisan among him, Hillary, and McCain yet he tries to act like he is the most. He has a miniscule record of doing things for others yet people assume he has been working hard for the poor and the working class. Hmm didn't McCain spend 6 years as a POW fighting for America? Didn't Hillary win several humanitarian awards around the world? People do not even see it as the media portrays barack as perfect and people don't question.

Also barack tries to portray himself as a helper of the disenfranchise, yet he donated 1% of his income to charity and some of that went to his racist church. Then Hillary donates 10% of her income to charities and the media completely ignored that. The media keeps saying oh Obama is a community organizer, and then we are suppose to believe he is a saint for it. Yet nobody talks about Hillary giving healthcare to kids, national reserve members, veterans, and working to help hurricane K victims

The fact of the matter is, Obama is mostly words..Words with no proven records to back it up. That is what's wrong with many of his supporters. They rather just shut down their minds and just listen to idealistic words because that's the easy thing to do. Even his supporters ASSUME he ran a clean campaign and that is FAR from the truth.Obama's campaign wanted to label Hillary a bitch, and young people followed that notion, without rational reasons.

Let's see, Kerry 10 points ahead of Bush in early polls, Dukakis 17 points ahead...and lets say those elections were not very successful just to be nice. Obama's message will be destroy by those Repulicans, bc Rev. Wright is just the icing on the cake. Theres so mcuh we don't know about Obama.

And he is not a Bush so it will be harder for him to get more unified support among neocons. But then again, the Democrat voting base is pretty shaken up from the primaries too.
