I think you could make great short "I just thought about" type videos (e.g. multitasking eating and editing two videos LOL). The iPhone camera is so small, you don't need any preparations or set ups, so you wouldn't be slowed down by all the "other stuff" in the video. You could just concentrate on the subject of the video, even during a bad hair day. :-)
