The song was made in the 90s when meth was huge in the States. During that time a lot of people did meth and hated doing it and always were saying, "I want something else to get me through this life instead of doing meth." I love that about this song. I'm packed and I'm holding (he's got meth on him). I took the hit I was given and then I bumped again (which means he sniffed another line of meth) and bumped again. It's about him also missing being in a messed up relationship.
