Actually, the dance was made up by a fan of the game this song is from.

I'm not exacctlllyyy sure who made it.

But it was either the guy in the L outfit, or the guy in the Scream mask.

You'll see that they have videos of just those two dancing.

I believe it was for a dance contest or something that they just made it up.
