Sounds more like the 3.0 pushrod motor, possibly a 3.3 or 3.4 stroker. Fairly sure it's not the yamaha V8, you'll know one of those when you hear it. The DOHC V6 has a more metallic sound.

its the 3.4 SHO engine swapped into a 02 taurus.
