@Scourgeandmephiles93 They didn't. This is the Japanese version. It was in the final in Japan. They only changed it for international release because they knew the connotations with "Toot toot Sonic warrior" not to mention US fans weren't into that kind of music. Personally, I prefer the US version over the Japanese, so they got it right in my view.
I have all the Sega CD music but it's all mono, poorly encoded, 11khz. But that's what was included on the PC CD. Where could I get the high quality music like shown here?
I got the music from somewhere else than where I got the ISO, it just happened to fit in the slots without doing anything. I can't remember where I got that now though.
But it'd make more sense to leave the "Sega!" Voice Clip in there due to the fact it's in every classic Sonic Game. Either way, no way to complain, this game was simply amazing. Soundtrack was ace :D I have the Euro version for my Emu, which apparently has ALL the Japanese HQ Music which wasn't butchered by American Release :D Perfect!
SEGA jingle is on only Sonic 4 and Sonic Generations

Got a question about the game and its usage with KEGA Fusion 3.64 which is the latest version of the emulator.
The introductory movie does not work for me, it just gets skipped. Any idea?
Btw. I've got a US Rom and also a US bios for the emulator.

I don't understand why Sega changed the opening theme.

candybutt56 2 years ago
I dont understand why they removed the "Sega!" Voice clip from the Final Release. :/
sonicfan966 2 years ago
Seems redundant to me that the SCD has a sega logo followed by yet another sega logo. That's probably why.

Ah, True to that.

Is your PC an XP or Vista? Because you need a special patch to get it to run on these systems, just look around for it.

No, this is a Sega CD emulator... I have that PC version too but no use recording it...
