Let's try again...Nullification: "purely American". Indeed! You gotta love Tom Woods!! There might just be hope yet. And yes, "one regime for 309 million people is inhumane." How simple and beautiful is that?
Great interview, but the audio track, music bed is highly annoying. Kill the music bed in the background. The interview would be a hundred fold more riveting.
"It's just not the kind of life that I think, if people were given the choice, they would choose."
Perfectly stated! Accessible alternatives are much more effective in terms of cultural evolution, societal harmony, and individual satisfaction than Governmentally imposed restrictions and mandates.
@bttalbot You can't really nullify the fed because it doesn't legislate. What states could do is repeal the legal tender laws and legalize competing currencies so people could opt out of using FR notes for transactions within their states.
@bttalbot I don't know how you can try nullification with the Federal Reserve, but you could try to nullify federal prohibition against private currencies.
@cloudsifter11 Yeah i watched the full thing. Im a massive Tom Woods fan and im heavily into my economics. But none of that has anything with the bad production, Im sure even Tom himself would have liked it to have ended much earlier.
And its great that us fans can easily get over the music. However we still want this message to spread dont we?That music would put some people off, but my comment wasnt about that but rather about the production
remove the music from the background!

What a strange interview. Tom is his usual amusing self, but that lady obviously doesn't want to be there, and that music is maddening.

Hey nice people on PressTV, how about removing this unbearable new age song playing throughout the whole video?

Nullification
Let's try it with drug laws, the federal income tax, and the federal reserve - just those 3 for now and let's see what happens.
