My chi machine helps me to keep a flat stomach. I use it before bed when I snack too much and I do not gain weight when I would have otherwise. I got the cheapest one , from Amazon, and I LOVE it! It's the Supentown Healthy Swing Machine. Dumb name, but the best machine, because of the 14 speeds and remote. Start at 5 minutes, on lowest speed. And rest afterwards, at least 10 minutes. Get a wool seatbelt cover, to put under your ankles, that plastic is hard. It was only 80 some dollars on AMAZON. Read the customer reviews.
But that's not the Original Sun Ancon Chi Machine that they reviewed here... from all the research I did before buying mine, the original one shown here is the best.

@rabia846 Yes, the placebo effect can be used to treat any form of pain, but you're probably better off seeking actual treatment.
