I can't believe you people actually think this was all legit. The whole think was a work. Sure the attempt to do the garden was genuine, but it was done knowing that they'd likely make a complete and utter balls up of the job. I wouldn't be at all surprised if Sir Steve was in on the whole thing, and even if he wasn't, his wife certainly knew what to expect. They wouldn't have left things this way, chances are the cost of fixing the damage was agreed in advance.

So what have we learned from this?

1. Never let Jeremy in because he's too optimistic, and is gonna end up blowing up the estate and neighbourhood.

2. Never let Richard in because he's gonna turn your garden into a battlefield and affect the rest of your estate in other BAD ways.

3. Let James in, AT RISK, to build sheds. Beware, there's no guarantee a comet, sattelite or meteor isn't going to hit spot on your estate whilst building is in progress.
