Because the film director is Persian and only a few scenes were shoot in Afghanistan while the majority of scenes were shoot in Iran. I suppose the actors were also Persian.

I watched the whole movie 3 years ago, it's just an awesome job, tells all the sad and stories of nice ordinary people and victims of Afghanistan who have nothing to with the war, before, during or after Taliban, it's all the same story, the same injustice, the same problem. Wish one day pure peace comes to Afghanistan and neighboring countries.
