I have seen the list - the only two comments that are really offensive are the ones he didn't say. High up on the list is Rush's observation that the NFL wanted a black quarterback to succeed. A non racist person can clearly form this opinion.

McNabb was being universally acknowledged at the time as a rising star Quarterback. Limbaugh is the only one who felt the need to try and make it a race issue for no reason by saying he's being overrated because he's Black. Just as he wants to claim you have to agree with Obama because "his father was black". Clearly he has shown a deep resentment for acknowledging successful Black people.
