Right. I've heard all the Standards albums up and down and also see him live couple of times and yes, I also thought for a while that THIS is his best solo. He is not trying to impress anyone, just playing at the (once) jazz dive that gave him his first piano gig in Pennsylvania. Check out Gary Peacock's solo, it is also superb.
Playing like he simultaneously doesn't give an shit about anything, and loves music more than anything on the planet. I think this might be one of his best solos, despite (because?) its apparent simplicity.
