It is impossible shelling civilians in Tskhnvali , Tskhinvali is a city that is surrounded by ethnic Georgian villages, it is impossible because they were evacuated a week ahead of the Russian Invasion into sanatoriums in the North Ossetia (Alania). Georgian villages unarmed & unprotected remained as hostages throughout 5-day war to restore their human right to live in peace. With all sadness at least ethnic Georgians are safe now. But ossetians in Tskinvalli remain as Russian Hostages.
