@The3Blades Attention Deficit Disorder. It's a mental health condition that causes inattention, hyperactivity and impulsive behavior. So, I think he's talking about he might have missed a lot of things that were meaningful in a relationship & if he did, he says: "blame it on my ADD, Baby." Also, since people with ADD can miss out on a lot of things, everything can become very complicated. They keep building up & that's why I think he says: "Maybe I should kill my self...." I hope this helps out!

@The3Blades Germans are very focused, controlled and driven. They generally don't have ADD by their very nature ;)!!! Reckon Germany may have more than it's fair share of austistism though. But I'm no expert in either ... just saying..
