take Hanging By a Moment and All In for example. 2 very similar songs, but he sounds different in both. I wouldn't mind if he went back to the more rockish croon/growl he had. a combo of it would be perfect. yeah, I know it won't be a while before another album and new material, but I can't wait! I hope Lifehouse keeps the great music coming!

@shermanmi Yes i noticed that to! Their first two albums, No Name Face and Stanley Climbfall he had a very deep voice, like you said more rockish voice, but since their third album came out his voice is a lot more softer, i prefer his voice from their first two albums

It must have been torture to play when you can see your breath! How many people can play with numb fingers? I can't be hard on them when they were dealing with the cold. But they do sound better pretty much anywhere else. Nothing against the video. :)

Well, I agree that he's a much better live performer these days. But this was during Lifehouse's first years, yeah? He looks pretty nervous, too, to be honest. The band's come so far.

That said, their first album continues without question to be my favorite. It just seems so genuine and original and honest in a way the later ones don't.
