The Germs kinda did what Joy Division did in England, both were amazing bands, both had the frontman, both had the energy, both had lyrics, different type of music, but I love them both. RIP Darby and Ian

It's like if Darby got his shit together and actually gave a shit about anyone but himself. I'm tired of people placing Darby on some level as if he was some kind of God. He was a druggy fuck up. Sure he made some great music but damn, he was 1/4 of that band. Everyone in that band put their heart and soul into that band I'm sure of it so let them have their fun. Isn't that what music is about?? Fun.?
