Been a LONNNNG time since I played Bridge Commander. I imagine getting the camera placement and getting the ship to maneuver just right before the camera was tricky. :) Well done indeed.
@CJCA915 Ah.....that explains that then. :) Regardless, very nicely done! I work with Blender, 3DEXChange, and iClone. I do fan stuff of Battlestar Galactica, and Star Trek. :)
Thanks, although it's not mine, I had to create an opacity map for it though, just took the colored image, and desaturated it, to make it grayscale, then in Windows 7 paint, I like the new way to draw shapes, you can resize them after you unclick, and I made 2 white circles, to completely make the planets opaque, then applied the material to a plane behind the ship, so when the stars loaded, they blended nicely with the background image, on the plane.
Impressive

@martok2112 This was made in 3D Studio Max, using a model made for Bridge Commander.

I've always thought the Sovereign was the most aesthetically pleasing starship in Starfleet.

Chrono's BC Sovereign model still looks great after all these years, its a fine model, and you've done a great job revamping her.

Yea.
Thanks.

No problem,
BC is a great resource for quality models below the 30,000 poly range. Some neat designs they have there.
