Koran is written in a dead language called Classical Arabic. Your mother tongue is not Classical Arabic. Arabs learn this language in school, but they do not speak it fluently. I do not know of any Arabic politician who speaks this language fluently. To the best of my knowledge, only a few experts speak Classical Arabic fluently.
There are big differences between Arabic dialects spoken by Arabs living in different countries. For example, Egyptians and Moroccans do not understand each other.
