yesterday in the driver license bureau i had to tell them my lifelong driving history,(suspensions, dui's) and criminal record with my gf next to me and community waiting in line behind me. goodbye privacy rights.
under arrest i have the right to remain silent and anything i say can and will be used against me, but at the license bureau we have to answer those questions so that they can be used against me if i get another dui or suspension.
