  • No way does anyone lose 2 pounds of fat in one day. That's 12,000kc. You would have to be running nonstop for 12 hours straight. About 50 miles.

  • I'm losing weight. I went from 339 to 320 in ten days. My blood pressure went down from 180/110 to 150/80. So its working for me. :) Screw fast food !

  • hi, there. re: recipe/how often. it's fruit and leafy greens in a blender with water. any fruit that makes you happy, any leafy greens (kale, spinach, etc.). i use usually a mixture, but mostly collards with a base of bananas. you can drink it as often as you want but not after non-fruit meals as those don't combine well with the smoothie. read up on food combining and how to separate fruit. green smoothie is good stuff.
