hi, there. re: recipe/how often. it's fruit and leafy greens in a blender with water. any fruit that makes you happy, any leafy greens (kale, spinach, etc.). i use usually a mixture, but mostly collards with a base of bananas. you can drink it as often as you want but not after non-fruit meals as those don't combine well with the smoothie. read up on food combining and how to separate fruit. green smoothie is good stuff.
No way does anyone lose 2 pounds of fat in one day. That's 12,000kc. You would have to be running nonstop for 12 hours straight. About 50 miles.
