can you add an extra keyboard to extend the onboard keyboard? for example, connect a big 88-key heavy-weight midi keyboard to it and use that as the keyboard?
Seriously thank you for posting this video! I'm not much for reading manuals. I like to figure things out on my own, and when I don't, I still don't go to the manual. I prefer a video to show me how. Thanks again!
im thinking of buying a juno G but i play more extream metal, can you get more gain on that do you think? if youll take the time look up morning place by dimmu borgir and that should give you an idea please and thank you keep it up man :)
hey i never had a booklet with my juno-g cuz it was given to me so this post has helped me and wil use this method live now, but i cant seem to get the effects working on my guitar, i mean, i scroll through the effects with my guitar plugged in and everything but my guitar doesnt play with the effect, is there an 'ok' or 'select' button i need to click?? or something? im confused:(
dude, im going to buy a roland keyboard and im thingking if its juno-g or juno-stage? which one is better and at the same time with their price? thanks
It depends with what your going to use it for... as far as better they both are great. The stage has a lot of live performance applications...the juno-g is cheaper and it has a sequencer which I like to use because I'm not always wanting to deal with the computer.
pls help..if you plug ur guitar in and go into performance mode with the dist. guitar patch/sound selected it sounds nice and heavy right...but how the hell do u record it? it only records the clean guitar sound?!
Rock On dude... Im buying a used Juno tomorrow... Thanks to your video I now know that I dont need an amp. Internet is great, all the answers are out there. Nice One! Saved me about a couple hundred bucks... No shit!!!
i am just learning to hook up my bass to my juno, thanks for the tips. I need to figure out how to make a live loop of my bass guitar so i can play keys over it, in a live setting with a band.
I like all your vids and I see that U are great musician and I respect U and I know that U like Jimmy Hendrix so can U Watch my improvisation solo on Hey Joe and make some comment, It will be great honor...PLS
Hi Norberto, just wanted to thank you for posting this video. I am looking to buy the Juno G and wanted to know how to integrate my friend's guitar into the synth - this has helped a lot. Thanks again!
I tried this last night and worked great, thanks one more time! The only thing that bothered me is that the sound is kind a low--I did everything you suggested, though. It's just the setting, I guess. Anyway... BTW, if you want to use up to 3 MFX simultaneously, do it under "performance" and not under "patch" mode.
I use the Roland Juno-G mostly for recording. I've played on the Juno-D and thought that it was a great synthesizer with some very cool sounds but I wanted to have something to record on besides my computer. You can't records loops with the Juno-D and plug a guitar straight into the synthesizer and have model a guitar amp.
Great Job Dude!!!

can you just use the ADSR and bypass everything else?
chrislafferty 1 year ago
Would this only work with through the Juno-G? I have a JX-305 Roland Synth and curious if I can do the same.

hey man.. when you hook the guitar up to the juno g, is the guitar running through an external amp first?
pyroonkeys 3 years ago
Its actually just going straight into the juno-g and the audio is being processed by the sound engine of the juno.
NOlivarria 2 years ago
can you save also what program with your guitar audio settings?
denznonie79 3 years ago
you can save the way juno powers up.

i'm going to buy my first synth. Do you recommend me this one ?
it will work well with a roland cube or a mobile cube ?
xmuseaddictedx 3 years ago
cubes amp are mainly for guitars
IIIetalkaline 3 years ago
I love the cube amps for guitar but I would consider the cube monitors as well.
NOlivarria 3 years ago
Yes, but do you think a juno-g can be delivered from so little monitors? In a room only.
IIIetalkaline 3 years ago
I use two cube amps and I can't still have not cranked them to there full potential. they are a little expensive but they are built to last.

No, not that I know off.

Also if the level is too low try adding a compressor to the setting and turn up the gain.
