You know, in Romania we have something very similar called "Calusarii". The attire, the dance is almost the same. The music is different though.

Whats the point of life when we can't laugh at ourselves, it doesn't mean we don't respect where we come from, it just means that we can take these jokes with a light heart, and still be proud of where we come from.

C'mon ppl - every culture has some kind of dance that looks silly and weird to others. For example, I am Austrian and I think our folk dancing looks extremely stupid - even though it is in some ways quite similar to Morris dancing - I love Bollywood Dancing for example - but to be honest, this has some quite silly moves also :-) So what?!!
