Just a bit of backgrounder why this reaction from the handler.... This dog has been joining the trial several times but never made it (under a different handler). We believe in the capabilities of this dog so we gave it another shot under a different handler. As expected, he placed 1st on this particular trial. Overall, this dog got the highest combine points for the whole year, and was seeded number one in the nationals that year, beating other imported/titled dogs.
