Select something along the terms of making set classes for everyone that plays ( your default classes for that private match. )

Go to snipers pick any weapon, go to aim select find crosshairs.

Don't enable crosshairs so you play by shooting with just a dot as your aimer.

Voila! you have a no matter what dead on no scope/ QS class...

Everyone can quickscope in Combat Training; even I can and my ratio is 0.62 xD.
