I have the scanner-master 11th edition.On page 142 you'll notice worcester trunked and it gives the trunked frequincys and pg 145 says they need to be in order.
LCN1- to LCN10 and when I had them mixed up I heard the cops but with some static and annoying noises. When the transmission was done ( when they hang up) I would hear a annoying beep.
I did put them on one channle( bank 9) and that's all I need because the whole city runs ( 75%) on these trunked freq. I get the school bus company.
@MrScrappydue I would not suggest getting the scan-master book,that company riped me off. I purchased a scanner and paid $75 extra for programing, and they forgot to do it. I sent it n again and they programed the town police, and not the state police. I sent it back and said keep it. I was still charged the $75 bucks along with a 20% restocking fee. This guy Sumner has selective memory and lied to master card,better them than me.
I need someone's help, please... I have figured out how to program trunked frequencies into my scanner, but when I have it scanning all of my other programmed frequencies in the same bank with the trunked LTR id frequencies, the scanner seems to never pick up any of my trunked frequencies. It skips over them when I have my other scanner right near it picking up the LTR signal just fine. Only that scanner is stopped on that channel, not scanning. Do I have to open/close the bank or something? T.Y
@seattlekid9 . I had programed my scanner and it was awfull. Radio-shack guy said I have to put trunking frequencys(channels) into its own bank. I had 30 freq in/on bank 9 and 12 were trunking freq. when the guy reprogramed it by putting the 12 trunking freq on bank 9 only,it worked great. I guess trunking freq need there own bank and they have to be in order.
@MrScrappydue That might help help me figure this out once and for all. The manual for the thing does not help me at all. I will have to try it when I have some free time. Do you see the G and the A on the top of the screen? That means you have the Global Attenuator on. That weakens every single signal that the scanner receives. Turn it off by pressing the ATT button until it goes away. That should greatly improve your reception by a lot.
y dnt u have it trunking an id scanning there pretty much worthless an ur missing out on alot of transmisions an it s worthless if it s not trunking!!!!!!!!!
manual wont fix crappy sound. It picks up to much static. I use software to program mine it sounds bad no matter what. under power lines is really bad and thats a first for me i have never got static interference on my trunk trackers before

I need someone's help, please...
