The 0100 is pretty much the elite in production tactical fixed blades;the steel is incredible the only other non exotic steel's that compare are M-2,BG-42,L-6 and 52100.This is a lifetime knife so it's worth the money. You could buy 100 "440" or AUS crap knives for the price and they can cut paper and maybe a little wood but none could do what this knife can do every day even once.
I've heard reports of the lock failing under various testing conditions but have no direct evidence. Any thoughts on the locking mechanism employed by ZT?
i carry the 0301 as well. i am a custom knifemaker (Spartan Bladecraft). I dont make folders so i carry the best i can get.. i chose the zero tolerance 0301.
great knife guys, and s30v steel is an excellent steel.
how do you sharpen the s30v steel...i got a gerber with the s30v steel and i can not get it as sharp as it was when i got it but i am able to get all the kershaw knives a lot sharper
Looks like I may have to add one of these to my collection, Kershaw are a bit of a mixed bag (or have been in my past experience) but these look great..
I'm thinking about buying one of these. I have a Kershaw hunting knife and love it. It's very sharp and has stayed sharp even though it's cleaned everything from deer to ducks.

5:47 Look at the guy's expression when he introduces the 0100. His face says, "Yeah, WE DID THIS SHIT."
You almost hid it, sir. Well played. :D
When i get the cash for that knife the planets will align.

Every other knife maker says "do not use our knives for prying". This guys is like "This knife makes a great prybar". That is awesome. I'm sold.

Damn That JB2 is very impressive. I work in a industrial warehouse, and need to open up and package a load of stuff, and i could use this.
Add a part to rip out staples and ill buy it for my team.

ZT knives are as close to custom quality you can get at production prices! The ZT0200 is amazing.

Yes, but quality has never come cheap. And "Quality is remembered long after price has been forgotten." Sir Henry Royce
I would always be prepared to pay over the odds for a quality product, as I know the makers reputation rides on that quality.
