If you watch about five minutes of this video I think it's obvious what causes the "plight of the black man". The Democratic Party, hijacked by Communist liberals, has turned the American Black into a ward of the State.

I wonder if everyone there realized very early on that this discussion wouldn't work out at all, like I did.
This failed not (primarily) because of the people involved, but because there was absolutely no organization. Combined with the fact that there were so many very opinionated people who seemed to never be able to agree with others, it seemed by the end that it didn't do anything but make everyone in that studio angry and irritated.
I think it's pretty clear that until we treat people as individuals (government included) and not as 'groups', we will continue to experience these problems.

thats why hip hop and sports are beautiful and powerful things, cuz they transcend race and culture....we are one in hip hop...in my opinion, its classism...cuz their are well to do black and browns that dont want nothing to do with ghetto blacks or browns...there is prejudice within race...

As long as people claim the victim status, they feel they deserve something. Perpetual slavery is pushed by the very black leaders , the black community look up to. It's sad . I'm no better than anyone because my skin is white. I'm the same kind of messed up human being that we all are.
