  • I think Scott Morris, the english voice of Yukio Hattori is a stage name. I think it's really Jeffery Jones, the dad in Beetlejuice.

  • You don't know how fucking annoying it is to watch an iron chef video, and then you have assholes making anti-american comments that have absolutely nothing to do with the video. Really, give it a rest.

  • omg... he threw away the foie gras after he extracted the fat... GIVE THEM TO ME!!! That's like a cardinal sin of cooking!

  • I'm drooling heavily...

  • Whose Cuisine Reigns Supreme?

  • Mine.

  • mine

  • i agree these are awesome :)

  • More more! My humble requests if you have them: The overtime battle Chef Chen, Chinese cabbage battle. Chef Sakai v Chef Seigel battle lobster. Thanks for the memories!

  • oh come on....iron chef america? what, hot dogs? burgers? zzz

  • I don't mean to sound rude, but american cuisine is the most varied out there. I mean, does Japan or France have a national style that is as far ranged as America's? Honestly, from chinese (they later adopted our style of their cuisine) to cajun style. I think that it receives criticism only because purists love to bash our foreign influenced cuisine.

  • It's not really American cuisine if it's "chinese", now is it? Sure, you have pretty much all the cuisines of the world in America, but how many of them originated there?

  • Okay, let me break it down for you, first off, the great majority of this nation are immigrants, who mix into the population, have kids and their national identity becomes alters the American identity. The reason why many people look down on our cuisine is the fact that America has been given the stigma of being a fast food nation.

  • probably native american cuisine is the only thing that originate there....which is popcorn :D

  • I believe American cuisine at least can defeat British cuisine!

  • Have you ever heard of the restaurant 'the Fat Duck'? Michelin's best restaurant in the world 2005 and i think 2008.

or Gordon Ramsay a three starred michelin chef who mixes French and British classics

Yours is only a stereotype, Britain is now one of the best places to eat in the world. but you need a lot of money!!!

  • @greattlemurs I would disagree... The UK has the top of the world in cuisine... but on average, in normal pubs and restaurant the food is way below the level of almost all other European countries!

  • do you have any iron chef america ones? i know they're not as good as these but still interesting stuff.

  • agreed :)

  • i concur

  • You are awesome for uploading all these Iron Chef episodes.
