@ultrajd maybe that is why .hack//fragment, the first attempt at making an honest to god online .hack game for PS2 kind of tanked and the servers had to be closed? i would have still liked to try it tho... too bad it was only released in Japan.

@GTLargo21 Yeah I have it too. Not many people like the show do to its slow pace but I really like it.

@ultrajd that would probably be cuz they like more action and not something that has most of the story in the dialogue between characters... tho i'm the guy that fell asleep playing the original .hack game series on more than one occasion and woke up to the title screen! (lol)it was such a great story tho :)

@GTLargo21 indeed it was and I really liked how Tsukasa's real world self was a girl I thought that was a nice touch. Its funny though at times the characters feel so real in their displays of emotion that you can forget that the people on screen are really just in-game avatars. Its almost like Final Fantasy meets Tron.

@ultrajd lol but maybe if u get killed by a 'bugged' monster, then your character becomes a 'Lost One' and u have to wait until someone manages to kill said bugged monster for u to be able to use that character again... might be interesting. ;3

oh! but what if 'bugged' monsters are kind of like event monsters and would take a lot of strong players to defeat?

I think if they were to actually go all out for an online game for fans of the series, it could rival World of Warcraft... which i don't even play cuz i don't want to pay for it... now .hack on the other hand... ;3

I dont play WoW either for the same reason and even though I like .hack I wouldn't play it wither if I had to pay for it.

Have you seen the one episode OVA that takes place after the games?

@ultrajd I did see the OVA. I liked how that kinda tied up the story for everyone and they're all pretty much friends now. Recently watched the .hack//QUANTUM OVA's and praying to kami-sama that they release .hack//Link here in the US.
