For the longest time I hated Friday the 13th, the Series, because it didn't have Jason in it. Then someone pointed out that they just used that name as a sort of fame booster, and that they really had nothing to do with that whole franchise. Realized it too late. That and I had this irrational fear of Canadians at the time... And Robi was a little freaky deaky...
As a long time Call of Cthulhu player/keeper I was ready to scream "blasphemy" at your suggestion that the NWoD works better for CoC than the older system. After seeing this review as well as several others, I agree with you. Check out Second Sight. BTW, are you going to review the new BRP from Chaosium anytime soon?
What I meant was that the nWOD works better for CoC adaptation than OLD world of darkness. I wouldn't chnge from BRP for CoC. I'm an old CoC player as well.
I think I reviewed second sight earlier. BRP will be reviewed in the future.
As a matter of fact you did in Game Geeks #55. It's tough being an older gamer (59 going on 60)your memory gets foggy and you forget your saving throw number. BTW, FYI Pagan Publishing has a new adventure out called Final Flight.
Hooray for the return of reviews! However, the review was a bit short, especially considering that we've gone about a month without any real reviews. Also, maybe the next review should be for an actual game.
On an unrelated note, DO WANT SONIC SCREWDRIVER!
On a note related to that, doesn't it seem more like a sonic Swiss army knife?
Hey Im wondering if anyone out there could recomend this book if I was wanting to run a game based off "The Lost Room" or wether I should just Home brew the system for the Objects?

This is probably the least interesting of the WoD books I've bought so far=/ It's not bad I, but it's not as interesting as the other books.

Love the Sonic Screwdriver action at the beginning. I don't leave home without mine (and it has actually come in handy once or twice)!

Great Review and WOW for the first time you "stacked" your books and we see the top of the table you use. That is a first. Is that maple or oak? :)

Fantastic! Not only was it a World of Darkness supplement review, but there was a Doctor Who reference too. Keep up the great work!
P.S. It would be truly awesome if you could review the Asylum supplement for the WoD in the near future.
