@xxvolleyballxx7 once you get up into higher levels of play, height definitely matters. technique is also very important, but it will be hard to be competitive if you are 5'10".

@TheAfricaboy23 no it wont, most sport that revolves around height etc are relatively small sports worldwide because their selective, like basketball ; Played pretty much only be ex-slaves in america, oh the irony. Thats why sports like football (the real one) etc are SOOOO much bigger than those sports.

@Etrajbe you don't have to be tall in football to be a great player, just look at Messi. But try blocking Clay Stanley (6'10") when you're 5'10". I didn't say it would be impossible to be competitive, but it puts you at a clear disadvantage.
