@Tino7 These exercises can be a foundation to build your explosiveness and speed! to get faster it comes from strong hip flexor and then the rest of the core in general. Train with this exercise for your strength then also make sure your are doing speed specific drills like quick steps, ladder drill circuits, explosive starts, proper sprint form and etc. you do this and combined it with that you will be in a whole other world compared to the competition!
