Ms. Sawyer clearly had her mind set on certain untruths before this interview began, then didn't listen to a word MJ said. Martin Bashir now has a brain tumor and Evan Chandler committed suicide. Guilt will get those with a conscience, karma will get the rest. My 76 yr. old mother loved Diane until she saw this-now she can't stand her, won't watch her.

@dakParis thats the purpose, cus in reality thats what the people wanna hear. she doesnt ask these questions to be mean, people/society is interested therefore she asks, its more intriguing and dramatic rather than simple questions about HIS life, and what HE likes, its people wanna know about other things, his views about other things, not so much always about how he feels/wants things. hopefully you'll understand my comment. :)

Why did Michael subject himself to these interviewers like Diane Sawyer, Bashir who seek to portray him in a negative light. I know Michael's purpose was to try and dispel the negative rumours and inuendos but these interviewers' purpose was to make him look bad to the people. They don't care about highlighting the positive parts like his charity work, his work with Ryan, the teenager who was dying from aids or the boy who was a burn victim, etc., etc. They just want to make him look bad.
