@BeholdMyStrength From what I gathered from things, Jill was exposed to the T-Virus in Resi 3 but when she was treated for it, rather than being completely removed, a part of it remained dormant for some reason. It isn't really explained in depth further than that but seeing as it saved her from some Uroboros-ey based fate we should be happy. Let's face it, we don't want to see her turn into a huge ass tentacle rape monster (We did want that to happen to Excella though :D)

@Zuluwarrior09 It's actually simple biology. Jill was infected by Nemesis in RE3. Carlos got her the cure, and Jill was no longer infected. When Jill was cured, her body produced antibodies to the T-Virus, rendering her somewhat resistant to it.

@fanblow If you damage him enough during this battle, not only does it end quicker, but it also allows you to pick up the "Heart of Africa" jewel during the Jill fight, which is the most valuable piece of jewlery in the game. It doesn't show unless you damage Wesker enough during this fight.
