ummm if ur playing electric guitar, just hook it up to an amp. put the amp on stage if theres an outlet nearby and if not use an extension chord. my amp was only 15 watts but if u have bigger thats better. Just turn the amp on as loud as you can and make sure u face AWAY from it or there will be more feedback than necessary.

Ask your schol if you can hook it up to some sound system near the stage for a more full sound if u can.

if ur going acoustic put a mic in front of the hole in the guitar and ur voice. id recommend sitting down if u do this, or if ur acoustic is compatible try an acoustic amp.
