i use a program called warcraft 3 viewer which allows you to record mmodels from warcraft 3 on a single coloured background. then i just record miranas movements matching the two scenes and synch it up with pan cropping in sony vegas. to do the "player bar" like i did you just search for hero in google images and find the right picture, then write the name and make movements and size to whatever player bar you have.

@TheLLeum thanks, i use fraps to record the dota scene in warcraft 3. then i edit it in sony vegas and render with some nice render settings. usually wmv or mp4. you can find tutorials on how to render in many programs on youtube if you just search

@TheLLeum i am going to do a bunch of shortclips before my next movie, it depends on when i get enough replays and how good they are. (a shortclip is a 20 sec - 2 min dota video with quick and cool editing)

@Dextomastermind1 i used sony vegas pro 10, cinema 4d 11.5, boujou 5.0, and a few small programs for the editing, check the credits at 7:30 for all the programs

@HiMediai thanks i should maybe have worked abit more on the materials but the reflextions are actually there but not too visible because i didnt do a big render format

i spend 2 hours rendering and 3 hours uploading then it failed, something was wrong the the file?

then i rendered it in abit worse quality and now the reflextions arent too visible D:

@sumitmalwal to send me replays upload your replay to either multiupload or megaupload. then write a pm on youtube with replay time when it happends, a short description of what happends in the replay. to upload replays to those sides you dont need to make an account so thats no problem.

@sumitmalwal i make videos for myself, in rare cases when its about intros or if my friends ask for something i might edit something for them.

for my next long project i might need replays but until that i think i will make a few shortclips (30 - 100 sec videos) where im only gonna use 2-3 replays. if i use such a low number of replays i would like some really special/cool/skillfull and simple scenes so if you do have such replays then yes i can feature you in a shortclip

@f0ust95 you might blame me for maphacks in a few scenes, concidering i did the most blind and invis killing spells.

i dont use maphack and if i did i would've done alot better scenes. the fre 3-5 scenes in this movie which could be maphack is not. i think i waste alot of spells in each game i play dota and very few turns out to hit and become a scene in my movies.

i could make several movies using just scenes where i try using blind spells and they fail horrible.
