@iHipHop I don't know about that. I mean I love Outkast, but you can definately tell how they were influenced by Tribe. I think Andre even admitted once that Q-Tip was once of his biggest inspiration. Personally I wouldn't put either group above Wu-Tang, but I do have both groups in my top 5 all time.
